Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads!

I predict that soon AI will replace the need for experts.

Carnack the Magnificent foresees what will happen when the first two flying cars meet each other.

People can't even drive on regular roads here on earth so what are they going to do when they're on a road in the sky?
Will Siri be telling me to take the next turn after the cloud on my right?
I'm just going to continue driving here on solid ground.

If 'experts' predictions don't come true, are they still experts?

I'm too old to grow up now, but there isn't any way they have flying cars in my lifetime. Fake Newz. Plus, car insurance would go thru the stratosphere.

Well, not EACTLY a prediction, but we here at the blog have been proponets of such a mission for many years now. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-10732511/NASA-urged-probe-URANUS-study-gaseous-atmosphere.html

Elroy Jetson rode in a flying car in '63. It just ain't right.

If only the 100 years weren't hyperbole. Was looking at this just recently - a compilation of Popular Science articles on the subject going back that far (ok, technically only 98 years):

Albert Einstein and his wife tried a flying car back in 1931. The rumor is he wrote the thing off as a bad deal after crashing into a flock of Canadian geese.

This time with the Einstein linky.

That was great, thanks for sharing!
