Is there a canned tomato soup shortage that the government is trying to keep from the general public? First Moxie, and now this, oh the humanity!

To be truly successful, they'll need to be available for the Keurig single-serve beverage maker.
They'll be called KaKa cups

Drink a lot of that and you end up circling the porch light.

The University of Kyoto University researcher, Maruoka, said: "--The feces is not dirty."
Isn't this like saying; "it's entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end?"

Is it already April Fools day in Japan?

^5 to JG and Clankie.
My biggest question is Why do they do(do) this?
"in the case of chongshicha, the feces are dried naturally, and to drink it all people need to do is remove the impurities and add hot water."
It's insect feces, which would be small - "remove the impurities" .. from feces?
Seems like a lot more work than just brewing tea leaves from Kroger.

Who was the first person to say, "I think I'll make tea from insect droppings and see if it's good"?

The civet cats are going to get riled if this starts cutting into their coffee market share.
