It would have been more significant if it where another Aussie multilegged (or no legged) creature.

Or even a Palmetto Bug.

So we can assume hugging, kissing and light petting are OK?

Cockroaches are nothing compared to having a Malaysian earwig to deal with. When I first saw the Night Gallery episode, "The Caterpillar", I thought it was one of the most frightening stories ever filmed. It's also one you will remember when you feel a bug crawling in your ear at night.


"Oh my god, I think you have an insect in your ear."

" Oh my god" is a medical term. You can look it up.

Lt. Chekov sympathizes.

I remember that Night Gallery episode. Shhhuuuudddder. IT LAID EGGS....
