Eugene police said officers responded to reports of a man with an adult diaper on his head walking along the median on Beltline near Delta Highway and River Road at about 12:30 p.m. Friday.

In his defense, at least he didn't shit in his hat, as SO many suggested.

What was he wearing on the rest of his body?

Steverino: Chanel #5?

Hmm...Eugene. Home of the University of Oregon. Where "Animal House" was filmed. I think that explains it.

"When officers made contact with the man, they were able to quickly resolve the situation, police said."

One wonders how.

Fashion trendsetters show up in Oregon regularly. It is just another feature of this great state.

Some states such as Oregon have made wearing adult diaper
Headgear a requirement for shitheads.

Practicing with PPE for the next pandemic — the 2022 elections.

"Hey, do you mind taking the diaper off your head?"

"Wha?... Yeah, Okay."

So the police were called out to arrest Baby New Year?

I wonder if any Raising Arizona fan told him, "Son, you've got a panty/diaper on your head."

Or, perhaps a fan of Animal House told him a la Dean Wormer, "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son "

Probably used the other end to respond to questions.
