Fake toonies discovered in Hawkesbury, Ont.

They're not fake. They're real, and they';re SPECTACULAR!

Uh-huh! Yadda-yadda-yadda, oh Yeah!

Wasn't "Toonies" the flip side of the "Archies" greatest hit "Sugar,Sugar"?

If Canada had an open season on toonies, it could be a start on reducing the population of both fake and real toonies. BTW, are they tasty?

Canadian $1 coins have a loon and are called Loonies. Real $2 Canadian coins have a Polar Bear, not a walrus. When they first came out, some people wanted to name them after the Inuit name for the bear, Nanook, and call them Nookies. It didn't stick.
