Dozens of customers at Britain's highest pub are set to spend a third night trapped by heavy snowfall brought by Storm Arwen.

I suppose in a worst case scenario they can always seek shelter under those tiny umbrellas they put in the Mai Tais.

"Snowfalls are just a thing of the past" said The Independent, a British newspaper, in 2000.

I feel bad for the Saint Bernard. He shows up after trudging through the snow with that brandy barrel around his neck and he's like "Wait, they've already got loads of this stuff?"

It would be wonderful to foresee the future. Then we could make reservations to be at fun events such as this one and enjoy being stranded.

Key quote: "plenty of beer available". Clearly, they'll be fine.

OH! THE HUMANITY!

If nothing else, this certainly has the makings of a ballad.

Could turn ugly if they're still there on karaoke night.
