SO AT LEAST SOMEBODY LIKED IT

Trans Am Totem, a high-profile public art installation in Vancouver's northeast False Creek, has been disassembled and removed, in part because of its unfortunate popularity with pigeons and other birds.

Copycat. We had The Spindle in Berwyn, Illinois in 1989. See "Wayne's World".

Gone but not forgotten. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/33/Berwyn_car_spindle_20070707.jpg

More proof that a lot of modern "art" is really s@#$.

It just goes to prove the old saw: "Here today, guano tomorrow".

Artist: "I want to stack old cars on a pole"
Chip (billionaire) Wilson: "here's $250,000"

I really want to meet Chip...

A purely amateur attempt. Now REAL car art is Cadillac Ranch outside Amarillo.

Some years back, my son made his own addition to one of the cars.

One of the early failed designs for the Carvana vending machines.

I have reason to believe one of my ex mother-in-laws parked every one of those cars on top of that pole.

Heck, there's even a Springsteen song inspired by the Cadillac Ranch.
