Given the Big Wien suffered a similar fate I'm guessing some gang, possibly Antifa, is planning a nativity scene display somewhere in Wisconsin.

Coincidence: Just yesterday I finished reading "The Librarians and the Mother Goose Chase" (based on the TV series), which prominently featured Humpty Dumpty (but not on a toilet).

A Home Town story deservedly should be credited to an alert reader that is a native to where it occurred... (although it's challenging to cede credit from a former Wolverine & Spartan to a Badger).
