The time traveler's picture is a little out of focus causing wide spread doubt about his claim. Zapruder, doing what Zapruder does, was able to clear up any of the damning doubt regarding his futuristic identity as well as any heavily scrutinized futuristic grassy knoll's. A Telly-all book is in the works. The title:

Well, this appears to be undeniable proof that Nessie is actually a time traveler from the future, hence all the blurry photos.

Obviously it’s a fake. I can see clearly several Loch Ness monsters on that photo.
