The movie "Coma" was banished from the platelet donation center, which of course meant that we kept slipping it into the VHS cabinet.

Yes, VHS.

CAUTION: BITING SATIRE! DO NOT READ FURTHER! Come for clot-shot, and then stay for the free meal.

The same outfit scheduled Airport '79 during my last flight.

"You're all done and free to leave now, enjoy the rest of your day."

Filipino guy, "Can I tell you something?

"Sewer"

"That movie was in Da Doilet.'

With long wait lines, "Soylent Green" and "The Andromeda Strain" might make for a good double-feature alternative.

A "Contagion"/"Outbreak" double feature would also be good choice. Maybe even "Sophie's Choice"/"Se7en" to boost their spirits!

As if the movie wasn't enough in the bad decision department, giving everyone who got the jab a free pineapple was the final insult.

I remember an old Jack Benny skit being updated.

"Ok, what'll it be, watching a bad vampire and getting a free pineapple with your jab or catching covid?"

"Come on, we're waiting ."

"Hey, I'm thinking it over."
