Let me see if I've got this straight:
"It was just after midnight .. when the man, an attorney .. noticed a set of butt cheek prints .."

I am in bed after dark, but I think if I did come home from somewhere just after midnight, I would not be throwing on klieg lights to look at car hoods or trunks to see what might be there. But then I'm not an attorney.

If you really want to make sure that trunk lid is closed, sometimes you just need to drop your pants and hop on up there, forcefully. This definitely would have worked for my '71 Capri. Fortunately, butt prints don't show on primer and duct tape.

I bet it was the plumber just letting you know that you weren't home and now you need a new appointment.

The police have identified a lead suspect... Phil McCracken.

I saw Butt Cheek Prints open for the Police.

Cat footprints on your car aren't unusual.

Steverino--It depends on what cat left the butt cheek or footprints on the car. Here in Flathead County we have mountain lions, bobcats, feral cats, lynx cats, various species of some unknown wildcats and some prints that can't be blamed on cats. Sometimes it is a good idea to have a chart to help you identify your cat footprints.

Now when a bigfoot leaves butt cheek prints on your car, there's not a lot of doubt what flattened the car.
