She has the nerve to write "Be a Better Citizen!" after making her own personal roadblock?
Send this woman to Washington. She's fit right in.

I had a mother-in-law who tried something similar to promote her grandkids lemonade stand, only she used spike strips.

There is a neighborhood nearby I drive through often where kids are setting up lemonade stands a lot. I would have stopped at the one near a stop sign but there were several cars already pulled over stopped. Then I noticed another 'regular' lemonade stand had been moved from the main street to a side street. My parental instincts told me one of the parents realized their children were about to be run over setting up on the main drag and made the kids come in front of the house with their stand. I have to admit with all the social problems out there these days, it is refreshing to see some kids having fun trying to make a few dollars.

In her defense, speed-bumps would have caused the lemonaid to spill.

It's all big fun until a couple dogs drive up in a Peterbilt.
