800 kg cow dung stolen from village in Chhattisgarh, police register theft case

Inquiring minds ask:
Does loading 800 kg of cow dung take the same effort as 16 tons of number 9 coal?
Is a disgruntled neighbor building an organic barrier (wall)?

The bloodhounds shouldn't have any trouble following that trail.

Police are still attempting to "bag the perp" as this story goes to press, but they suspect it's the handiwork of a "serial composting pile-it" and are interrogating all the members of the local garden club.

That many cow plops, properly dried, will make a good cooking or heating material. The pioneers on wagon trains gathered tons of dried dung plops for cooking.
Of course, the smoke smelled crappy and it made strange tasting barbecue.
