Didn't Nassim Taleb foretell of Black Toyota Events?

I like the reporter's bio: "Since 1989, David J. Neal’s domain at the Miami Herald has expanded to include writing about Panthers (NHL and FIU), Dolphins, old school animation, food safety, fraud, naughty lawyers, bad doctors and all manner of breaking news. He drinks coladas whole. He does not work Indianapolis 500 Race Day."

Just add exploding toilets and bad songs, and it would be amazingly similar to Dave's bio.

"Was this a road rage incident?"
"No sir. I was shooting at the beefalo."

"They got me."

*I could not find the episode where their gunfight took place in Toyotas barreling down I-95. But you get the picture. On the other hand, how many Toyotas were on the road in 1941?

"Let's go places!"

Flying Cars!

Reminds me of the first week I moved to South Florida. The people on the news were very happy that no one had exchanged gun fire on I-95 in three whole days!

About a year later, Don Johnson got caught driving over 80 on I-95, and tried to get out of it by saying he was with Miami Vice. Didn't work.

I-95 being what it is, I was never sure if that ticket was for speeding, or for going to slow.

The term "Road Rage" most likely originated in Los Angeles,

Quote: Road Rage Defense is our speciality

My comment: Your efing kidding me, right.

Quote: Because both drivers are acting in anger in many Road Rage cases, various defenses may be available, such as self-defense (for example, the defendant shot the other driver because he was threatening to kill the defendant).

Your face should turn red if you showed up telling the court you had hired this guy? Can you imaging your first interview with him at his office.

"So, you shot the guy...good. We're you injured in any way while pulling the trigger?"

I'm not advertising or soliciting business for the guy. I just wanted to inform all the bloggers, this guy specializes in Road Rage defense. I can see his letter to the party his client shot while driving on the freeway.

Dear Sir,

You started it. You got what you deserved. In addition, you a**hole, you are lucky you are still alive. Think next time before you merge right without signaling with your blinker be prepared to die. I intend to prove in court what an idiot you are for shooting back. You missed! That will cost you.

Sincerely,

Road Rage Defense attorney.

*If you try and leave a message and my message box is full, I, or none of my expert road rage associates, will not be wasting our time listening to your stupid message. I claim no responsibility and plan to defend myself as well as my client by picking apart the legal aspects of any dream or things you may be imagining about the case. If you are the D.A. and want to speak to me or fight about it, you gotta stand in line.

This Toyota on Toyota violence must stop!

You would never hear of this type of thing with Nissan drivers.

CnV Are you implying that Nissan drivers possess much better marksmanship skills?

No. It's just that Nissan drivers don't call the cops.

CnV I guess you're right, it WOULD be kinda silly to call someone immediately after you've shot at them.
