A 330-ton fatberg is clogging an English city's sewer, and it won't move for weeks

Sounds like it needs an enema.

Why is it there are never any toilet snakes about when one could really use them?

It's a half a mile in length and weighs 330 tons!?

England has yet to feel the brunt.

The mammoth mass of waste stretches to more than half a mile (~0.9656 Km) in length and weighs 330 tons.
Is that a metric ton or a standard ton? How can they weigh it when it's underground?

It probably isn't quite as big in liters.

Looks like a job for the Metamucil Challenge!

"Hello? Is this Roto-Rooter? ..."

That's what happens on a steady diet of chips/bangers.
