Who among us can say that if we were passing through Nebraska that having a little substance might help pass the time better.

I used to stop about 90 miles west of there when going west to Chicago. Back then, State Troopers would roll down I-80 at 54 mph in a 55 just to see who would dare pass them.

My bank's ATM doesn't offer that type withdrawal.

Judging from that article and the two below it, there is a mighty lot of that evil, wicked, mean n nasty marijuana in the supply chain.

If it's legal in two states, can you ship it between them it involves traveling through a state where it isn't? Violation of interstate commerce?

So the cop stopped this fellow for failing to use his turn signal, and he brought out the dope sniffing dog? There is more to this story.

Coming in from London from over the pole
Flying in a big airliner
Chicken flying everywhere around the plane
Could we ever feel much finer

Coming into Los Angeles
Bringing in a couple of keys
Don't touch my bags if you please
Mister customs man, yeah

Chickens flyin everywhere around the plane is very 2021ish, but bringing in a measly couple of keys is terribly dated.
