I thought Terminal Groin is the medical condition whereby Viagra or Cialis no longer work.

I've been to Ocean Isle many times and I have never seen a terminal groin! I saw a few strained groins when they were cleaning up after Hurricane Hugo in 1989 but that's to be expected.
