SHOCKING, EVEN FOR FLATHEAD COUNTY

12:21 p.m. Someone was making bizarre statements online.

9:13 a.m. Someone got to work and found an empty box of playing cards outside the building, then found two cards duct taped to different parts of the building.

Art appraisers have now valued the building at $3.4 million.

We desperately need more details about Bob.

I take it Bob's nap was why he hadn't checked out of the hotel yet.

Re Bizarre Statements - my guess they discovered this blog.

In Flathead County doesn't online mean you've stretched a wax string taught between two old soup cans? (In some Florida counties it's synonymous with playing the swinette)

An old friend played second swinette for the Miami Symphony. Since so few pieces call for it, he had to play celesta to get enough gigs.

Was not familiar with the celesta, could you convert a grand piano by simply belling enough cats and placing them under the lid?

10:05 p.m. Two or three people were ding-dong ditching an entire street.
I had to look this up because I had no idea what they were talking about. Evidently, it's where you ring a doorbell and then run away.
A very sick cat was taken to the vet sounds like an opening line for a Stephen King book.

Thank you NC. I felt out-of-touch for not knowing what "ding-dong ditching" was. Its good to learn something every day.

In a few short years those cute little ding dong ditchers will be pulling brodies at the end of the cul de sac.
