MOTW, that's the question, all right. When I worked at the medical school in Galveston, a guy was brought into one of the hospitals at 0.45. He was exuding alcohol through the pores in his skin. He barely survived.
So 0.778? I almost have to question the reading.

He was almost pickled, which had he succumbed could have greatly reduced the cost of embalming.

In my years of working in mental hospital, I worked with many alcoholics and this blood alcohol level, if accurate, could qualify this dude for a Guinness World Record.
If he had tried lighting a match for any reason, he would have made an ash out of himself.
