When the deputy asked the driver for his license, Charles Kensill handed over his credit card instead.

You know the state.

"Drunk Florida Man" redundant? You make the call.

Just another successful ruse as there's no mention of the snowmobile on the roof of the Lincoln.

That might work in Illinois, just sayin.

He handed over his credit card after the Officer told him he was facing DUI charges.

He'd better keep that card out as his attorney, the Court and his auto insurance company will all be asking for that pin number on the back of his credit card.

I could see myself doing this next time I'm pulled over and asked.

The dude didn't wrap the credit card in a $100 bill before handing it to the officer. That can often take care of the problem.

I suppose Florida has always been the leader in new and innovative ways to pay bribes.
