Would it have killed them to hold this story until Valentine's Day? Talk about your original pick-up lines.

I think the only thing funny about this story is the mug shot.

When contacted Savor's mother said she had no idea where her son got such a cock-eyed idea. Savoy's father would only say it wasn't like him, or him.

The crime wave of the Cock-Eyed Kid has ended. Perhaps in jail he will learn that leaving your real name and address at the scene of the crime is not a good idea. Then again, he has a different way of looking at things.

Finally...a new ploy in the world of romance.
+ Points for originality.
- Points for likelihood of success.

Please ignore my previous 67 posts. I just don't care anymore.

Man tom---No worries. We all have days like that. Of course, no one ever told us there would be so darn many of them.

Le Petomane- If you check the very first attempt when I tried to post my comment, that was 10:02 AM this morning. That's 7:02 AM to me! So ALL my attempts show up just before 3 PM, which is 1 PM to me. For almost 6 hours I tried. I even used several VPN's to hide my IP address. But no. And I have such valuable information to contribute with my comments.

man tom---This could be grist for the mill when you write your memoirs. I can see an entire chapter titled "Bad Day in Blogville."

With the stroke of the pen, "No More Cloudy Days."
Posted by: man tom | January 25, 2021 at 06:44 PM
Snork to man tom for the “67 posts” comment! Ha! I have had the same problem. Once in a while, my comment won’t immediately show up, so I think there’s been a glitch and try again, only to have BOTH attempts show up later. But keep those comments coming! Nobody’s counting.

man tom--Anyone who could have a frustrating day with 67 failed posts in these times and then send a link to The Eagles(LOVE THEM) No More Cloudy Days, is a real winner in my book. That song is SO fitting nowadays.
I second Mad Hatter's SNORK!
