It seems that Bob's last name was Chester, which confused the hell out of Damien, who in the cold and chaos (common in most In&out drive-thru) hollered out to Bob "Don't forget your hat, Chet!"

How do you cut in line in a drive-thru? I know Dave has mentioned people in Miami passing each other in a drive-thru lane but I still don't understand how it's done.
