Kraft refers to the color as a bright magenta color? How cosmopolitan. How about 'red' for us less culturally diverse connoisseurs.

I can remember when Pink Mac & Cheese broke up to to form Pink Floyd, and eventually, Sonny & Cher, who (if I'm not mistaken) named their twins "Pink" & "Gouda".

Hasn't pink mac and cheese been around a long time? Somehow, I recall that the 4th Wise Man who came bearing gifts to celebrate Christ's birth was turned away for bringing pink mac and cheese----or was it a fruitcake? Either one would be grounds for dismissal.

I've been making this for years, I call it 'Chili-Mac'.
Prep the Mac-n-Cheese and add one can of chili (no beans).
