DOUBLE DUI

After an argument, the woman grabbed the steering wheel of the car and caused the Toyota to lose control, CHP said. The Toyota then crashed into a tree on the right shoulder and overturned, officials said. Officers determined that both the man and woman were under the influence of alcohol and were arrested on DUI charges.
