I think Australia has more creepy critters than Florida. At least for now.

Of course it had to be Australia ... or Florida.

"I didn't think it had bitten me, and then I felt around and looked in the mirror and there's two puncture marks and there's blood." I thought, 'This is cool and this is going to get me some street cred'." ...Street cred aside, this is why you always remove your PPE before you slumber.

"...it was unusual behaviour for what was most likely a non-poisonous children's python..."

They are popular pets. This kid was having a bad day.

If that had been me the first part of the article would have said:
"Woman suffers massive heart attack after finding snake on her forehead. Husband burns down house."

"Ma'am I don't know quite how to tell you this, but your dog is not just resting or pining for the fjords, he has ceased to be. There is likely another, third snake in your house that is of a rather nasty species,I'm afraid. No worries. It's dart time at the pub, so I'll send another snake catcher by to pick up your dog's remains and search for more snakes tomorrow, say after noon tea?"

@Le Petomane - How are you with Japanese cockro@ches? I'll put the kettle on when you arrive.

That can happen when you hit the snooze bar.
