...and the Constitution gets sharted yet again.

The weight of the law may more often be required for folks with bad gas.

I hear this was #2 on their list of new rules.

It's one of those "I need to spell everything out so I don't get sued" rules, like "plastic bags should not be sealed on your head" or "do not let your child ride around inside the clothes dryer."

Yeah, that'll take care of it.

They should be like that newspaper. 5 free poops, and then you have to subscribe.

Clankie, what would the subscription entail?

Poop free or die.

defecating in the subway
I think it was the Fourth of July
then again Saturday on the bus,
I think it was the Fourth of July
People pooing, people peeing
A man selling ice cream
Singing Italian songs
Can you smell it (yes, I can)
And I've been waiting such a long time
for MTA's formal ban

Hoo hoo oh

pharmaross the video you posted remineded of of this guy who broke several city ordinances before I called police.

This is his girlfriend.

@Jeff, sounds like trying to legislate stupid.

@man tom, that GF is a real looker (not).

Still, seems like it might be hard to make the charges stick.

Jeff, I recall a strip where Calvin joined Hobbes in the washing machine during the spin dry. Predictably, he emerged rather dizzy.

No formal pooping — but what if you do it casually?

You can bet that 99.9% of subway defecators and urinators do NOT carry any excretion containers with them.
