Different areas of Missouri have had a problem with feral hogs for at least a couple of decades. I'd call any pig that clocks in at 30mph super, too.

Feral hogs are a menace. There was a story this year of a ~55 year old woman who was a home health worker. (I think it was in Bexar County.) She arrived at the home of her clients and was attacked and partially eaten by hogs before she could get to the house.

They're tasty, but very smart, and have completely overrun Texas.

Still sounds like bacon to me. That should be their super-power, able to turn into bacon when apprehending criminals so that when they stop to smell the bacon, Gotcha!

The Adventures of Super Pig, crime fighter extraordinaire.
He wears a flowing red cape and at supersonic speed he flies, searching out crime with X-ray eyes.
He drinks fermented slop and has a terrible bite.
No one can stand up against Super Pig!
---Brief synopsis for a TV show that never made the cut for some reason.

When pigs fly.

My late friend Bill featured feral hogs in several of his books, with the Sheriff having to go after them. His books were set in his native Texas.
Trump's Mexican wall (such as it is) is not helping here.

Rudolph, in Texas it's more like when pig hunters fly. Texas allows feral hogs to be hunted from the air, and that's become a big business. Helicopter pilots make a lot of money from it.

@ Jeff Meyerson--I'm glad you knew the Late Bill Crider. I met him a few times at writers functions and he was one of the nicest people you ever met along with Elmer Kelton.
The Wild Hog Murders with Sheriff Dan Rhodes was a great read along with all the other books he wrote. Sadly, both Bill and Elmer have left us, but we still have the words they left behind.

Too many all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants is our problem.

That's not a problem (shows feral pig strapped to the hood of his pick-up), these are a problem.
