What followed was a brief legal discussion, in chambers, that focused on some legal appeal, concerning being disbarred and disrobed. But in his defense, at least, they weren't around his ankles, this time. Did he claim that he forgot them when he went through the metal detctor?

Is this a Mexican thing? Wasn't it in Mexico a few months back that a woman legislator attended an online committee meeting topless, not realizing her camera was on?
