WEDNESDAY NIGHT OPEN THREAD

Tonight's theme is: favorite recipes.

Here at the blog household we are cooking way more meals at home than ever before, and we have discovered some excellent recipes requiring minimal preparation. Our favorite one is a chicken dish. The way we prepare it is, we say to Mrs. Blog, "Hey, you know that chicken dish you made last week? That was really delicious!" And Mrs. Blog says, "Should I make that again tonight?" And we say: "Sure! If it's not too much trouble!" And much of the time, she makes it. This recipe serves eight people, with the blog counting as four of them.
