Do we know that this was a truly live performance? I can think of some technical problems that could be hard to overcome in keeping everybody in sync when they're all in different locations. Also, the mix is awfully good, suggesting there's some post-production here.
My guess is that they all performed separately to a click track, and then somebody edited them all together.
Either way makes for a laudable accomplishment. I'd just be interested to know which way they did it.

The choir director who taught those kids to LISTEN while they are singing, deserves something nice. Keep up the good work.
