If they were low flow, the toilets had it coming

Not reported in article---

"The drunk using the toilet escaped with only minor injuries. A passerby claimed the drunk yelled 'Oh crap that was close' before running away while struggling to hoist his pants."

Toilets are supposed to stay in the slow lane.

One eye witness mentioned in the many years he had spent in the Philippines he had never seen anyone run into Da Doilet due to seeing a second Doilet.

It's always the toilet you don't see that gets you. In Florida, of course, this happens to your everyday regular toilets in bathrooms.

Didn't The Other Toilet open for Blood, Sweat & Tears?

If the inconsiderate person who'd seen fit to leave a toiler in the road had left a Squatty Potty instead, it wouldn't have damaged this woman's car.

And the police have nothing to go on?

Potty on the run, Potty on the run
The jailer man and sailor Sam
Were searching every one
For the Potty on the run
Potty on the run
Potty on the run
Potty on the run
