He was recording a cover of "Life In the Fast Lane", as it was appropriate here in more ways than one.

“Wonder if the driver was haulin’ oats?”

Heh heh.

Hendrix, Crosby, Nirvana and Logggins opened for Crosby, Stills, Nash, Cher, Bono and Sir-Mix A-Lot.

^5 to sweet Judy blue eyes...

In his defense, he might have only mixed in the 10 hours off duty after driving 14 hours.

Key name: Trooper Trombo (and the Trombettes)

Like the pine trees linin' the windin' road
I've got a name, I've got a name
Like the singin' bird and the croakin' toad
I've got a name, I've got a name
And I carry it with me like my daddy did
But I'm living the dream that he kept hid

Movin' me down the highway, rollin' me down the highway
Movin' ahead so life won't pass me by

We are recording the Red Sovine tribute band.
