To clarify: He allegedly committed the battery with the cow manure, not on it.

Someone will quickly patent a cow manure battery that will be produced by electric car manufacturers. This new battery will solve many problems. Farmers can tow their fuel supply with them on a trailer and also enjoy fresh milk. City people can brag bout how many miles their car gets on a single cow plop.
And science marches on...

The reason a Cow Manure Battery is illegal is because the energiser bunnies have successfully lobbied to have it included under the Anti-Dumping laws.
