Hippo found swimming in family’s pool on New Year’s Eve

I hadn't realized that hippos were such bad house guests. I'll have to invite one to the next family reunion.

Well if the name weren't so hard to pronounce, maybe the rain clouds could've found it.

Wait until this big guy comes back with his harem for a pool party.

And he got one.

How do you stop a charging hippo?

Things like this almost never happen here in North Carolina.

I hope that pool water was warm. It would be a shame if the poor animal got hippothermia.


I think I saw this Hippo at a pool party thrown by KY102 in the 1970s. There was a massive clean up effort after that incident too.
