I prefer them either power line-fried or shotgun-pureed.

Squirrels taste ok, but there's not much meat on them. It takes a lot of squirrels to make dinner.

I've eaten a bite or two of squirrel and it wasn't bad until I found out what it was. I learned after that, when at a Georgia family reunion, to always ask what the meat is before chowing down.

nursecindy--One thing you never want to do in a Chinese restaurant is ask what kind of meat this is.

Grandma made Squirrel and Dumplings I wish I could get today.
