I have a friend who used to work for Grupo Bimbo. They're very insistent that you pronounce the name "beem-bo", as in Spanish (since it's a Mexican company).
Some years ago Bimbo bought Mrs. Baird's Bread, which is pretty much the only brand of bread you'll find people buying in Texas.
So I guess you could say we love our Bimbos here....

Grupo Bimbo also owns Entenmann's, Sara Lee, and Arnold, among 100+ other brands. It's the world's largest baking company, multinational with multibillion dollar revenues. This bimbo has something for everyone and makes lots of dough.
