Man finds giant spider dragging his pet goldfish out of pond

That GF's a keeper if she could watch that and "be impressed" instead of gagging and hurling.

Yeah, I bet around there, you do.

So instead of saving Cleo he took a picture of it being dragged to it's death? If I were his date there wouldn't be another one. Poor Cleo.

We have here in North America as well.

They're big, but they never attack humans. I lived with them on a NH lake for decades. frequently in the house.

This would have turned out differently in Florida. The second that spider and goldfish hit the water an alligator would have eaten both of them.

In Australia, the venomous spider would have bitten the fish, then attacked the photographer.

Apparently neither Jeremy nor Athina happened to have a flame-thrower on hand at the time.

Hey spider, whatcha using for bait?
