Hey dude, everyone knows you can drive any vehicle down a ski slope, but it takes a proper 4x4 to drive UP one. I'm sure the judge will explain all of this in simple terms so you can understand it.

Isn't a faulty GPS generally a good defense these days for a driver doing anything stupid?
