A bill has been introduced in the state Senate that would make it illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to use or possess a cellphone.

"I wouldn’t probably vote for it myself,” said the legislator who introduced the bill.

"Possess" or "be possessed by"?

Please do NOT send this legislator to Washington.

Jim either way it ain't gonna happen.

Bernie Sanders is behind this, I bet. He also wants you to keep off his lawns (he has five or more houses), whippersnappers.

So the guy who introduced the bill is under 21? (He did say he wouldn't vote for it, so....)

This bill would be be every bit as effective as the prohibition law was back in the early 1900's.

Cellphones today come with spellcheck. It's difficult to accidentally possess them by casting the wrong spell. You have to do it intentionally, and religious persecution of Satanists is unconstitutional.
