Missouri bar charges customers by the hour instead of by the drink

And like wireless providers, they'll slow down the service speed for those drinking too much.

Sounds like a perfect way to lose a lot of money, given how much some folks can drink in an hour.

On second thought, this works if the drink menu includes only Boone's Farm wine and Bud Light.

I remember my home town bar having a similar deal they called "Liquidation." Here's a conversation I overheard:
"I bet you these three shots that you can't drink those five shots."
"You're on."

Otherwise known as 'hold my beer and watch this time.'

They want the people to pass out. That's how the get you.
