ATTENTION, BARGAIN-HUNTERS:

Brazil's Ministry of Defense has reportedly begun the process of auctioning off its retired aircraft carrier, the ex-São Paulo, with bids starting at $1.275 million, roughly a tenth of what the country paid to buy the ship from France nearly two decades ago.

Last time I bought one of these it was as a gift for a special friend. Wouldn't you know it would show up as a re-gift within our same circle of friends. I hate when that happens.

This will go so well with those buoys I got yesterday!

Flathead County should buy that carrier and turn it into a floating bed and breakfast on the lake. It would attract a lot of attention, especially if Brazil included a few fighter planes.

Do they have floating casinos in Brazil? Getting a "parking license" MIGHT be difficult AND "renting the thing out" so if Brazil allowed a giant casino and hotel - wouldn't that be WEIRD?

Does it come with (water) skis?

This would look great in my backyard next to my plastic flamingo!!!!!!!!!!!
