Clearly, it was a clown car cleverly disguised.

^^ and they were all speaking with high squeaky voices ^^

Proud graduate of the Acme School of Headline Writing.

He had to leave the headlights off because he was going to a surprise party.

Some poor balloon salesman was no doubt on his way to the park when the Poice jumped into his vehicle and yelled, "Follow that car!"

I once witnessed a car driven by a woman with two male passengers and two small children in the back seat and a number of clearly present inflated balloons inside the car. You are thinking, "so what." The car pulled into a vacant lot and the two adult males got out then the woman and kids along with the balloons drove away. You still thinking, "so?" The two men walked to the corner, got on their cell phones and shortly thereafter a string of cars pulled up to the curb and bought drugs from them. Now you are thinking, "what did you do man tom?" I watched on as police cruiser, no balloons present, drove up and an officer got out and threw one of the men to the ground and put him in cuffs. I really didn't mean to hurt these guys.

The way safety mavens are going, all cars will be like that someday.
