When scientists can grow human-like brain activity in elected politicians brains, I'll be impressed.

Wouldn't detectable neural activity DISqualify them from Florida drivers' licenses? I know it's specifically mentioned on the Minnesota driver test.

padraig--Here in New Mexico the standard answer to cops questions is" "License? We don't need no stinkin' license."

A decline in activity will qualify them to become jet ski owners.
