How do you catch a "pre-gutted" fish? Who pre-gutted it? Maybe that croc from the video day before last?
And I'm with wiredog; I remember that guy doing that.

I don't remember the L.A. guy, but Cutter John and Opus did it with a wheelchair and helium balloons in an early Bloom County storyline.
