I would pay real money to see a Chinese restaurant washing anything in a lake.

Hello, Editor!

" .. able to reopen once all prep surfaces and equipment is washed and disinfected."

Arrrr

Gag me with spoon and grammar check.

Heck, I do this all the time at my lake house (although I do pump the water into the house rather than walk down to the water). As long as you use detergent, it's fine.

Tso bad...

I was suspicious when I read their company slogan 'Every year is the year of the dog!'

This is surprising. I thought Chinese restaurants washed their dishes in a basin over a period of time and saved the wash water. That was were soy sauce came from.

When I was a kid my family went to a Chinese restaurant, while there my Mum told us kids to 'eat everything on your plate or they will put the leftovers back in the pot'. I think she was kidding but maybe . . .

I used to live on the shores of this very lake. From personal observation, I would not wash my boat in that water and expect it to be clean. Yuck.
