Sound good. Of course you know that too much caffeine will make it impossible for you to sit thru a meal, thus when the caffeine wears off you'll be unconscious from lack of nourishment. And being hospitalized is a sure way to loose weight.

Trust me, folks, they're wrong about this. I'm afraid I'm the proof.

To paraphrase the great Cecil Adams: If half the effort we put into finding workarounds for diet and exercise were put to more constructive use, we'd cure cancer in a week.

The key to the fat burning is to NOT eat a doughnut with your coffee.

If Marie discovers this we'll never hear the end of it.
