I'm speechless.

You give these people an inch.

Vietnam may be named a manipulator outright for artificially
holding down its ... dong.

There are just some things that are TMI.

There’s nothing worse than a limp dong. - Viagra

If you want to manipulate your dong, you should do it in private.

At least their wong is OK.

"The Dong has been materially limp relative to the excited surge"

Yeah, that pretty much says it all.

This should have been an undercover operation

Last time I was in Saigon you had to pay extra for that.

Shama lama ding dong to that.

Vietnam to get lid of collupt cullency manipurators at next erection.

I always thought that was a universal phenomenon.

This could lead to rampant inflation.

Better headlines:
US to ding the Dong
Dong gets dinged
US:No Dong manipulation allowed
Vietman: We are not playing with the Dong
"Vietnam is not fiddling with the Dong" officials say.
Don't ding the Dong
US officials say: "Stop playing with your Dong,Vietnam"
Where is the NY Post on this important issue?

A Treasury audit, conducted to give substance to the government’s charges, revealed delicate dongs stuffed into bulging wallets, nice crisp clean checks, pert pieces of copper coinage thrust deep into trouser pockets, romantic foreign money rolling against the thigh with rough familiarity, beautiful wayward curlicued banknotes, filigreed copper plating cheek by jowl with tumbling hexagonal milled edges rubbing gently against the terse leather of beautifully balanced bank books.
The Treasury is now investigating the auditor, who seems a bit suspect.
It will also soon respond to an unspecified complaint from the legal team of a Mr. Eric Idle.
