I remember an old comedy skit where Noah loses his temper:
"Lord, we've been stuck on this lousy cruise for over a month. It's rained all the time and there's only so much I can Take, have you seen the bottom of this ark lately---
Booming voice: NOAH, HOW WELL CAN YOU TREAD WATER?

Flood insurance? That's just tempting fate.

Fortunately, the nearby "John the Baptist Water Park", along with the "Motor Court of the Seventh Commandment" experienced only minimal damage....

I suspect the insurance company invoked the “act of God” clause.
