You can do the same thing with make-up and a good contouring brush. Or so I've heard.

Guys. Couldn't you get a couple of 'sleeve' tattoos and shave your head, maybe a nose ring or two, and create the same bad ass, chick magnet effect?
Wearing the right clothes could also create the same effect.
