I think at least a handful of religious figures back in the day would differ on whether being told "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" is being ratted out.
The riest and the Levite in the Good Samaritan were generic characters, so there might be wiggle room there.

On further reflection, the phrases "You brood of vipers" and the "Scribes, Pharisees -- hypocrites" would likely be considered ratting out.
